A sweaty, sweaty seventy-five minutes of spin class was just what I needed today. I got into spinning a little over a year and a half ago and it’s a workout that suits me really well. Heavy on the legs, but still requiring a lot of core work and balance. Bumpin’ music, when I have my favorite instructor. And just overall really sweaty and satisfying.
I’ve been on a weight loss plateau for like a year and a half now. And it’s soooo frustrating. But a combo that has worked in the past is exercise, food, and blogging. So. Stay tuned.
